12-noon Registration with tea/coffee available. Gala Dinner attendees to make a selection from menu.
12.20 Welcome and introductions
Vicky Macdonald from Conwy, (WTH) to Chair proceedings
12.45 Dennis Rodwell – UNESCO World Heritage Management Advisor “Communicating”.
Followed by a working lunch. 13.10-13.30 Collect a buffet lunch.
13.30-14.00 Working lunch at tables with introductions and responses to questions prepared by WTH representatives.
14.00 Presentation by Tweedmouth West First School, School Council. 6-8 pupils with Head teacher Mrs Anne Robertson.
Followed by a question from the floor and answer session with pupils
14.30-14.45. Pupils to have refreshments in the ante-room overseen by CAAG member. (Cartons of juice and biscuits to take away if time short)
14.30 -15.00. Justine Lee from the Council for Learning Outside the Classroom (CLOtC)
15.00- 15.30. Table groups prepare practical suggestions of how young people can be involved in Town Walls.
15.30 -16.00. Tea/Coffee
16.00 -16.20. Brian Wilkinson- based in Stirling – “Conservation, Education and Training an initiative from Scotland”.
16.20-16.40. Bill Hill –“York City’s approach to involving young people in knowing and understanding their Walls”.
16.40- 17.30. Summary of “What have we learnt from today”. Groups record and report back- WTH to co-ordinate
17.30 Session ends
19.00 Gala Dinner Queen’s Head Hotel. Choice from the menu to be chosen in advance.

12.15-1.15. HWT members “Creating an out of classroom Walled Towns Learning network” led by UKWT group.
1.30. Lunch to Go or stay to network with HWT members and other interested parties.
